Many of the animals that come into the shelter each
year touch our lives. They all have their own individual personalities and
their own needs– but all of them have a lot to give in return. There are some
stories, however, that stand above the others in the degree to which they
have impacted the lives and hearts of the shelter's staff and volunteers. We
would like to share the stories of these special animals with you in hopes
